The Vespa BGM PRO Super Strong Cosa clutch is a great plug and play solution. Upgraded clutch springs are included for installation which work fine in a power range up to 20hp / 22Nm. The clutch is made by MMW precisely with CNC technology. A Robust design with a revolutionary internal hub cap design makes controls more precise and easy! The Clutch is Nitration hardened, which means cracks and oval baskets are a thing of the past!
The bgm Pro Superstrong clutch replaces every conventional type of clutch as used in the Vespa large frame models. The clutch requires the Genuine Clutch cover with the stamp of 200 in the centre (clutch cover may need alternating) Any other clutch covers require changing due to the shallow casting on the inside.
Usable in following: Vespa GL, Super, Sprint, Sprint Veloce, GT, GTR, TS, Rally, PX, Cosa and T5.
Each clutch is subjected to quality control. Thus BGM assure you that they provide a working and ready to install clutch. Kit includes ready to mount clutch with BGM PRO Cosa clutch plates, a new woodruff key, a suitable clutch nut and an O-ring for the clutch cover.

BGM offer the user different clutch gear internals too! The PX80-150 can now be geared up to 23 tooth (67/68 primary gear) without changing any other moving parts. Whereas the Vespa PX 200 can either be geared down to 22 tooth (64/65 Primary Gear) or can be geared up to 24 tooth gear (64/65).
The BGM has a far bigger basket than the original Vespa Style, and the clutch cover may need modifying to be able to fit the clutch. In some cases the clutch cover can not be refitted to certain manufacturing tolerances and a much bigger clutch cover is required.
